This hotel's location is fantastic! I was able to easily access Tenjin subway station on foot and there are many shopping and dining options in the surrounding area. The hotel facilities were clean and neat. Additionally, there was ample parking available for guests. The staff were polite and helpful from check-in to check-out.

I asked for an extra pillow on my booking form and didn't get it. The air-con was of worki g and the room was too hot!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to the extensive subway system, making it a breeze to explore the area. It's also within walking distance to Canal City and a diverse range of shops catering to all tastes. the room was clean and spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served daily and appreciated the coin-operated laundry facilities.

The elevator and hallway had a slight odor at times, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

The hotel location was great, very close to the subway station and in a busy area with lots of restaurants and shops. The room size was decent and we had a comfortable bed. , the toiletries provided were of good quality.

The carpet was old and dirty, and the furniture looked shabby. The air conditioning unit was not working properly, making the room feel stuffy and hot.
